If you have ever practiced with me in person, you know that music is a HUGE part of our Shiny Happy yoga practice.

To me, the music becomes the soundtrack and the jumping off point for our experiences on our mats; for dropping in just a little bit more and moving, breathing, and feeling from our hearts. The music helps us to choreograph the dance and the marriage of breath and movement to truly help our practices to become a moving meditation, celebration, and expression of being.

I have not added any music to any of my online classes so that you can choose what you want to do, how you want to feel.  If today you want a silent practice, then you are all set to go! If you are choosing to practice outside (my fave place to practice!!!), then maybe your soundtrack is all the subtle and not so subtle sounds around you, that's awesome. Maybe you already have a favorite playlist that you can listen to during your time on your mat- cool.

If not, here are some of my favorite playlists that you can download using your favorite method, hit play at the start of your practice with me, and then move and groove your way to the yummies of your own practice.
